At Camlage, we stand behind the premium quality of our gear. If your item doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window.

Policy Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  1. Item Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  2. Tags & Packaging: All original tags, protective armor inserts, and original packaging must be fully intact.
  3. Exclusions: Custom-tailored racing suits or personalized gear with custom measurements/name prints cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our team at returns@camlage.com with your Order ID and photos of the item.
  2. Once approved, securely pack the gear and ship it back to our fulfillment center.
  3. Refunds/Exchanges: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
